Neighborhood Assistance Program
These services provide targeted participants with help to improve educational achievement, prepare the participant for and help them to succeed in employment, provide needed support for the participant; and offer services intended to develop the potential of the participant as citizens and leaders. The "key" feature of the program will provide the participant with a comprehensive program of career education, to include, career awareness, career counseling, mentoring services, paid and unpaid work experiences, and job shadowing.
